Delivery FAQ
How soon will your order be delivered?
Under normal circumstances delivery is 24 hours from the date of your order. However during busy periods, peak season and Bank Holidays delivery times may be further increased. If you need your order delivered before a certain date, please feel free to contact us before ordering to see if this can be arranged.
Orders placed after 3.00pm and at weekends will be processed on the following working day.
When is delivery available?
We deliver between 8.00am & 5.00pm on weekdays and between 8.00am & 12.00pm on Saturdays & (Sunday's by prior request only).
Do you need to be there to receive delivery?
No. If you are happy for us to leave your goods you do not need to be there to receive the delivery. Once goods have been delivered all liabilities will pass to you.
Can you collect an order placed online?
The simple answer is yes please contact our sales team to arrange.
Do you accept cash on delivery ?
We more than welcome cash on deliveries.
Can we deliver outside of the areas available above?
We deliver to: Coventry, Bedworth, Meriden, Nuneaton, Warwick, Birmingham, Hinckley, Rugby, Leamington Spa, Stratford Upon Avon, Solihull, Kenilworth, West Midlands, Warwickshire, Coleshill, Leicester.
Please call us on a price to deliver outside these areas.

within 5 miles of CV6 6BP £8.00, within 10 miles £15.00, within 20 miles £25, within 30 miles £35.00, within 50 £50.00.
Will you deliver to the rear of my home ?
If easy access is available will be happy to deliver to your garden, if no easy access is available our deliveries will be kerb side only.
